The Psychology of Money
As we know, reading books is a great habit, so I decided to start today. After a long time, I picked up a book to read, and I chose The Psychology of Money. I’d like to share my experience with you.
When I entered the library, I saw shelves full of books and felt confused about which one to choose. Some books seemed too complex because of their difficult language. Then, I remembered a classmate recommending The Psychology of Money. I found it on the shelf, and as I started reading, I realized the language was simple and the content was engaging. Feeling comfortable, I took a chair, sat down, and began reading.
I read 15 pages today and learned some valuable lessons. The book explains that success with money isn’t about knowledge, IQ, or math skills—it’s about behavior. Each person has different habits, emotions, and thoughts when it comes to money. Our fears, passions, and dreams shape how we handle finances. The book emphasizes understanding the psychology behind our relationship with money. Once we become aware of our unique tendencies, we can take control of our thoughts and emotions. Morgan Housel highlights how this awareness can help us change our lives.
I found the first 15 pages insightful and easy to understand. I’m excited to continue reading and learning more from this book.
