Your personal location privacy is a foundational priority. Hyperlocal does not publish exact street addresses, building numbers, or precise GPS coordinates on public search results, listing cards, or public user profiles.

All map perimeters and neighborhood pins are generated algorithmically. The Operator makes no warranties of mathematical precision or exact geographic boundary fences.

2. Zero Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, lease, rent, or monetize your personal data to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers. Your location data is solely utilized to calculate neighborhood proximity within your chosen discovery radius.

3. Minimal Automated Telemetry & Anti-Bot Defense

To defend the platform against automated scraping bots, Sybil attacks, and mass burner profiles, minimal automated device telemetry (including browser locale, IP geolocation, and cryptographic canvas hashes) is collected strictly for fraud prevention and session integrity.

4. Data Sovereignty & Account Erasure Rights

In accordance with regional data protection statutes (including EU GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, California CCPA/CPRA, Brazilian LGPD, and Indian DPDPA), users hold the right to inspect, export, or erase their stored account records at any time.
