Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 · Platform Governance, Merchant Obligations & Resident Safety.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Purpose

By accessing, registering, or transacting on Trendzza (including resident accounts, merchant seller passes, community club memberships, neighborhood discussions, and event RSVPs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

2. Hyperlocal Marketplace & Independent Merchant Transactions

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Trendzza functions as a hyperlocal discovery and neighborhood connector. Merchants, local businesses, and resident sellers operate independently. Listing items, pricing goods, quality representation, local handoffs, and fulfillment are the direct responsibility of the respective seller.

Trendzza provides discovery algorithms, radius sorting, and community engagement features but is not a party to direct bilateral transactions between buyers and sellers, except where platform checkout or digital micro-passes are specifically facilitated.

3. Merchant Conduct & Prohibited Listings

Sellers utilizing Trendzza must maintain authentic inventory, fair market descriptions, and verified business identities. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or pirated media.
  • Hazardous materials, controlled substances, weapons, or illegal paraphernalia.
  • Deceptive advertising, price gouging, fake reviews, or shilling.
  • Scraping resident contact data for unsolicited external marketing.

4. Trendzza Trust Score & Community Standing

The TrendzzaScore, Trust Standing, and seller verification badges are non-transferable internal reputation indices calculated based on merchant fulfillment speed, community feedback, verified identity, and active neighborhood engagement.

  • Scores do not create financial entitlement or proprietary property rights.
  • The platform reserves the right to adjust trust metrics, suspend listings, or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activity.

5. Micro-Passes, Spotlight Bumps & Club Memberships

Merchant 30-Day Seller Passes (₹10), Spotlight Listing Bumps, and Curated Club Memberships are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay). Digital passes grant immediate platform visibility rights for the designated activation duration.

6. Community Guidelines & Neighborhood Etiquette

Discussion threads, event RSVPs, and neighborhood reviews must be respectful, civil, and constructive. Hate speech, harassment, doxxing of neighbor addresses, and spam will result in immediate moderation and account suspension.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to Trendzza shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
