Terms of Service & Platform Governance

1. Acceptance of Terms & Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering, or subscribing to Trendzza (including student dashboards, trainer portals, organization workspaces, recruiter talent discovery, and digital storefronts), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision herein, you are strictly prohibited from using the platform.

2. No Employment Guarantee & Independent Marketplace Disclaimer

Recruiter talent discovery is an independent marketplace feature. Hiring decisions, interview invitations, compensation packages, and contract offers are made solely at the independent discretion of external recruiters and employers. Trendzza bears zero liability for employment outcomes.

3. Non-Proprietary Nature of Scores, Badges & Tiers

All platform metrics—including TrendzzaScore, Tier Levels (Tier 0–3B), Trust Standing, Momentum Streaks, Badges, and Work Quality Pillars—are internal, non-transferable reputation indices owned exclusively by Trendzza.

• Scores and badges create no vested financial or property rights for the user.
• The platform reserves the right to recalculate, cap, adjust, or revoke scores, badges, or tier standings at any time to enforce platform integrity, penalize fraud, or apply updated scoring models.

4. Immutable Submission Timestamps & Anti-Fraud Protection

All student task submissions, backlink sheet entries, custom table rows, and screenshot proofs are recorded with permanently immutable submission timestamps evaluated strictly in Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata IST).

• Resubmissions: Future edits or link updates preserve the earliest recorded submission timestamp per row to ensure accurate deadline evaluation.
• Anti-Fraud Penalty: Submitting fake links, spoofing date fields, uploading non-authentic proof assets, or using automated submission bots constitutes severe fraud. Violations result in immediate score forfeiture, trust deduction, strike issuance, and permanent account termination.

5. Student Content License & Recruiter Portfolio Display

Students retain underlying intellectual property rights in their original coursework submissions. However, by submitting work on Trendzza, students grant Trendzza a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, index, auto-review, and display portfolio proofs to verified recruiters, corporate clients, and community members.

6. Recruiter Terms & Anti-Spam / Anti-Circumvention Rules

Corporate recruiters purchasing candidate profile unlocks agree to the following strict conditions:

• Single-Purpose Use: Unlocked candidate contact information (email/phone) may ONLY be used for direct recruitment regarding legitimate job or internship openings.
• Anti-Spam & Prohibition of Sale: Selling, sharing, broadcasting marketing spam, or scraping candidate data is strictly illegal. Violations are subject to immediate account termination and liquidated damages of ₹1,00,000 per infraction under the Indian Information Technology Act.
• System-Monitored Anti-Ghosting: Recruiter responsiveness is monitored by automated background systems. Candidate non-response rules trigger automated wallet refunds under platform ghosting penalties.

7. Store Digital Products & License Terms

Purchases on the Trendzza Store (WordPress themes, plugins, code scripts, marketing blueprints) grant a single, non-exclusive license for personal or business use as specified per product listing. Reselling, redistributing, or reverse-engineering store products is strictly prohibited.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AutoBlogger content, Council threads, topic summaries, and AI-assisted insights are generated autonomously for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, accounting, or career advice. Trendzza assumes no liability for actions taken based on automated content.

9. Service Availability, Maintenance & Sole Remedy

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Server maintenance, upgrades, or network outages may occur. In the event of platform downtime affecting student streak deadlines, the platform's automated Grace Days mechanism serves as the SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. No monetary compensation or consequential damages shall apply.

10. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trendzza, its officers, directors, developers, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from your platform misuse, submission of infringing assets, or violation of these Terms. Under no circumstances shall Trendzza's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to the platform in the preceding 3 months.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
