Effective Date: October 10, 2026 · These Community Guidelines govern the behavior of all residents, merchants, and enterprise principals across Trendzza, establishing the standards required to preserve a safe, trustworthy, and vibrant neighborhood discovery network.

1. Foundational Mission: Hyperlocal Neighborhood Trust
Trendzza was founded to reconnect neighbors, empower authentic local storefronts, and unlock direct peer-to-peer commerce without intermediary brokerage commissions. This vision requires an uncompromising standard of mutual respect, authenticity, and physical safety.
Every participant on Trendzza has completed cellular authentication. When you interact with someone on the platform, you are interacting with a verified member of your local community.
2. The Four Pillars of Neighborhood Conduct
1. Neighborly Civility
Treat every member with dignity and courtesy. Disagreements in community threads must remain civil and focused on the topic rather than personal attacks.
2. Commercial Authenticity
Accurately represent item condition, photos, price, and provenance. Misleading listings and counterfeit goods are completely prohibited.
3. Physical & Digital Safety
Never endanger fellow neighbors. Respect physical safety during hand-offs, adhere to daytime public exchange zones, and guard personal privacy.
4. Community Stewardship
Actively report suspicious activity, counterfeit listings, or bad-faith actors to protect elderly neighbors, local students, and honest merchants.
3. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech, Harassment & Discrimination
Trendzza strictly prohibits hate speech, discrimination, slurs, and degrading remarks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, or socioeconomic standing.
Targeted harassment, cyber-bullying, stalking, sending unwanted persistent private messages after being asked to stop, and extortion will result in immediate permanent suspension across our entire network.
4. Prohibition of Violence, Threats, Intimidation & Doxxing
Strict Doxxing Ban: You must never post another resident's exact home address, apartment number, vehicle license plate, private family photographs, or sensitive employment information without explicit, verifiable consent.
5. Commercial Integrity, Pricing Transparency & Anti-Spam Standards
- No Bait-and-Switch: The price listed on your ad must reflect the true asking price. Posting artificially low prices (e.g. $1 or Free) when demanding higher amounts upon inquiry is prohibited.
- Clear Condition Disclosure: Disclose any defects, wear, battery degradation, mechanical flaws, or cosmetic damage in item descriptions.
- No Shilling or Fake Reviews: Creating artificial accounts or soliciting family members to leave false 5-star reviews to manipulate your TrendzzaScore is strictly prohibited.
- No Commercial Spam or Flooding: Posting repetitive listings for the same item or flooding community discussion threads with commercial advertisements is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Listings Catalog
The following items are prohibited from being listed, offered, or requested on Trendzza:
Narcotics, prescription drugs, alcohol without license, tobacco, weapons, ammunition, explosives.
Replica apparel, fake watches, pirated software, cracked license keys, cloned automotive parts.
Adult services, pornography, hazardous chemicals, stolen goods, live endangered wildlife, recall items.
7. In-Person Hand-Off Safety & Exchange Best Practices
Because Trendzza connects verified neighbors within a 10km proximity, follow these vital safety precautions:
- Public Daytime Locations: Always conduct physical meetings during daylight hours in high-traffic public locations (e.g. local police station safe exchange zones, well-lit shopping plazas, bank lobbies, or transit stations).
- Bring a Friend: For high-value transactions (such as vehicles, luxury watches, or fine jewelry), bring a friend or family member.
- Inspect Before Payment: Thoroughly test electronics, power on phones, and verify serial numbers before releasing cash or electronic payment.
- Never Share OTPs: Never share mobile authentication codes or one-time passwords with anyone claiming to represent Trendzza.
8. Neighborhood Discussions, Curated Clubs & Local Events Etiquette
Participation in community clubs (such as the Obsidian Lounge) and local events requires adherence to professional standards. Event hosts must honor capacity limits, describe event details accurately, and never charge undisclosed door fees. Discussion threads must remain constructive and free of commercial solicitation.
9. Enforcement Protocol, Penalties & Appeals
Our automated safety engine and human moderation council enforce the following escalation tiers for violations:
Users who believe an enforcement decision was made in error may submit an appeal to appeals@trendzza.in within fourteen (14) days.
10. Statutory Notice & Content Takedown Redress by Territory
In the United States, copyright complaints are handled under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA) via dmca@trendzza.in. General unlawful content notices may be submitted to our Legal Compliance team.
