1. Annual Passes & Immediate Computational Delivery
Citizen and Seller Passes activate immediately upon payment, executing real-time cellular attestation and database provisioning.
Because computational activation and identity verification take place instantly, fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where mandated by statutory consumer protection law in Canada.
2. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights & Exceptions
In jurisdictions providing statutory cancellation rights (such as the 14-day statutory withdrawal period for consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom), Trendzza fully honors applicable statutory mandates.
If you believe an erroneous charge was processed, notify our billing desk within 48 hours for immediate investigation.
