返金およびキャンセルポリシー
Trendzza における各種年間パスの返金および解約に関する規定です。
1. デジタルパスの即時提供と返金不可原則
市民パスおよび出品者パスは、購入完了と同時に携帯電話番号認証およびシステム権限の即時付与が行われます。
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、提供開始後の返金には原則として応じかねます（South Africa の消費者保護法令により義務付けられる場合を除く）。
2. 法定のクーリングオフ等の例外
法令上義務付けられる返金事由が存在する場合、当社は誠実に調査の上、法令の定めに従って対応します。
