Terms of Service

1. Scope of Agreement & Unconditional Acceptance

By creating an account, paying for a Citizen or Seller Pass, browsing local listings, submitting inquiries, RSVPing for community events, joining curated clubs, or using any feature provided by Trendzza (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Eligibility, Minimum Age & Sanctions Compliance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to register for an account or post listings on Trendzza.

You represent and warrant that neither you nor any principal of your business is located in or a resident of any territory subject to comprehensive statutory sanctions or trade embargoes administered under applicable law in Poland.

3. Account Registration, Cellular Verification & Security Safeguards

To preserve neighborhood trust and eliminate automated bots, malicious scraping, and commercial spam, account registration requires valid cellular identity verification. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You accept full responsibility for all activities, transactions, listings, and communications conducted under your account, and agree to notify Trendzza immediately at support@trendzza.in upon discovering any unauthorized use.

4. Nature of Marketplace & Sovereign Direct Interaction

Trendzza is a technology service provider operating a decentralized discovery engine for local neighborhood trade, verified classifieds, and community networking. All sales, title transfers, and payments are executed directly between buyers and sellers.

Trendzza does not own, manufacture, store, inspect, or possess items advertised by third-party sellers on the platform.

5. Buyer Due Diligence & In-Person Safety Protocols

Buyers are strictly urged to conduct physical inspections in safe, public daytime locations and verify authentic title before releasing funds. Never wire money or execute unverified advance payments to strangers.

6. Merchant Obligations & Legal Title Warranties

Merchants and sellers represent and warrant that they hold valid unencumbered title to all offered goods and services, and comply with statutory licensing requirements in Poland.

7. Passes, Pricing & Non-Refundable Billing

1-Year Citizen and Seller Passes provide immediate computational access to directory indexing, anti-bot cellular attestation, and neighborhood networking. Except where required by non-waivable statutory consumer laws in Poland, all pass fees are final.

8. Tax Compliance (VAT)

Each merchant is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all statutory taxes, VAT, sales taxes, or duties (VAT) applicable to transactions under the laws of Poland.

9. Intermediary Safe Harbor & Statutory Protection

Trendzza operates as an intermediary technical service under applicable statutory safe harbor frameworks in European Union (Poland). We maintain active notice-and-takedown procedures for copyright, trademark, and community safety violations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Forum

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union (Poland). Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted in the competent courts of jurisdiction located in European Union (Poland).
